If you have a custom domain like mydomain.com then you can add to your blogger otherwise first go to any domain provider and buy a custom domain. after buying custom domain add CNAMEs & 4 A Record Nameserver to your domain provider dns management or follow below give tips step by step.
Follow Below Given Steps.
Step 1 - Go to any domain provider and buy a custom domain name for your website.
Step 2 - Now go to their domain setting and dns management.
Step 3 - Then go to blogger setting and add your custom domain like www.yourdomain.com & click on save.
Step 4 - You will see some error & domain CNAMEs like below given CNAMEs.

Step 7 - Now go to your blogger setting and enter your custom domain like www.yourdomain.com and click on save.
